1. Making an order
You may hand in the documents for translation personally (or make use of a courier).

For your further notice: we work only with copies of personal documents upon presentation of the originals.
2. Advance payment
When making an order we charge 80% prepayment for our services;
If notarization is required – 100% prepayment
3. Order reception
At a set time, you (or your representative) come in for the completed translation. According to your wish and in case of 100% payment of the order we can forward your translation to the specified e-mail address.
Info for Corporate Clients
1. Making an order
Upon your first visit to our office your representative shall present a letter of attorney issued by the company’s management enabling to hand in and get back the completed translation.
In addition, you have to furnish us with banking particulars of your company essential for execution of an agreement and invoicing.
For your further notice: if payment in advance is not possible, you have to furnish us with a letter of guarantee signed by CEO of your company with an obligation to pay for actually provided translation services.
We proceed with the order subject to the advance payment which makes up 50-80% of its total value (payment by check/payment in cash).
3. If you prefer and after 100% payment, we can forward the translation to the e-mail address indicated by you or provide a courier who will deliver it to your company office.
